Hello! I live in Hayes Valley right in walking distance to both Alamo Square and Duboce park (dog park heaven). I’m in a great, central location, perfect for daily adventures! I’m extremely active with my own dog who is a 10 year old Wheaten Terrier/Poodle mix named Gus! Gus is very friendly, well socialized and loves to be around other dogs. My home is spacious, extremely clean, dog proofed and dog-fun approved (all the toys)! I’m currently between jobs so my time and attention will be fully dedicated to your dog. My weekends are typically free and I frequently take Gus with me on adventures all around the Bay Area (Crissy Field, hikes and urban adventures). I have a car to transport your dog safely around town to different dog parks, dog friendly patios and businesses. I would love to bring your pup along as well if you are comfortable with them out and about. I am happy to accept two dogs at a time if they are from the same family. I know how tough it can be to leave a pet in the care of another, so I will be sure to provide frequent updates and photos/videos of your dog during their stay. Ashley has watched our dog several times in the last few years. She is responsible, flexible and very loving with animals! We trust her fully with caring for our dog- especially with administering his meds and ensuring he's safe while they're at the dog park. I can't recommend her enough!
Ashley is the best! Lily stayed with her for four days (daycare). Every day she took Lily on an awesome adventure and sent me pictures of Lily enjoying exploring Knoxville. I know Lily had a great time -- by the second day, she was practically dragging me up the steps to Ashley's house and didn't even look back at me when I left her there. Lily got along great with Ashley's dog Gus, too. Lily can be handful to take care of, as she's a very active and inquisitive puppy, but Ashley managed her like a champ. I will definitely rebook with Ashley and strongly recommend her!
Ashley was great! I was traveling from out of town and needed a place for Wally overnight and while I was working the next day. She was very accommodating and took great care of Wally. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the Knoxville area.
Ashley has taken care of my dog for several years in Michigan. She is responsible, caring, and aware of dogs' needs. I trust her completely and my dog does too! A true animal lover!

Do they have any dominance issues/tendencies (i.e. excessive humping, growling, etc.) Do they walk nicely on leash? How is their recall? Are they safe to be off leash in an unfenced area? Feeding schedules and any special requests. How do they do at dog parks, etc.
A typical day
Gus and I are extremely active. Time with me could include long walks around the neighborhood, trips to the dog park, and more! I have a large, reliable SUV to transport your dog if needed. If your pup is on the lazier side or a senior dog, I am happy to do leisurely walks with them.
