If I could leave no stars I would so. At first she seemed like she would take great care of our two dogs and felt we could trust her. That was not the case. We requested her to home sit for four nights , which means you stay overnight in the owners house with the dogs. Am I right on this? Well first day she barely was there and she got home at 1:30 am. The next day again she was barely there. I had to have my mother-n-law come and feed them. She came home late again around 10pm. She would come for 15 to 30 min a couple times a day. The third night she left at around 7 pm and got home around 7am the next morning. The dogs were left alone all night. That is unacceptable. We have the Ring camera door bell so we knew exactly when she was coming and going. We canceled the four night and got our money back. She sent a message saying she was not made aware the needed 24 hr care. We never said that. Our dogs do not need 24hr care they just need to have someone stay the night. I told her you can work, go out but be home by 6 to feed the dogs and stay the night. I’ve never had such a bad experience like this and have never written such a bad review but this is warranted. Please do not use her services. I am surprised Rover keeps her.

Ashley did a great job with our puppy, Penny. Upon first booking Ashley was very flexible in scheduling a meet and greet and getting to know Penny and the family. We are excited to have Ashley stay with Penny again!
