Pet care experience
I've cared for dogs and cats since my youth and so appreciate the joy they bring into our lives. I currently have a pup and am the "aunty" to many of my friends dogs and cats when they are away. Trustworthy, present, and attentive, I just adore hanging out with our four legged friends.

Ashleigh was fantastic. I was in a in’s and needed someone short notice. She replied quickly for booking which took a load of stress off. Izzy and Liam both adored her and she sent daily report cards with pictures and updates. 5/5 I would recommend!
Ashleigh was an ideal catsitter for our precious girl! My cat can be shy with new people, but she warmed up quickly to Ashleigh and pretty soon, they were cuddling every visit. I loved getting every update and photo while we were away.
Ashleigh was great! She attentively took notes during our initial meeting and communicated professionally and in a timely manner when setting up our scheduled times. In addition to being conscientious, she has a kind and calm demeanor that was a perfect match for my sweet, skittish cat. The highlight of my cat's day is going out onto the enclosed porch and Ashleigh made sure to facilitate porch time each day I was away, in addition to placing treats in a puzzle box to provide mental stimulation and play. I had never left my baby with a non-friend or family care person prior to this vacation and I was a bit nervous about doing so, but Ashleigh's demeanor, engagement in trying to discover precisely what my cat needed, and communication skills allowed me to enjoy my trip without being bogged down by worry. Will definitely be attempting to reschedule with Ashleigh for the next vacation!

A typical day
I like to take dogs on walks; multiple short walks or a nice long really stretch-your-legs walk. Fetch, tug, are hide-and-seek are all great with me :) For cats, I enjoy playing laser tag and keep away with a fishing rope toy or string...until they are complete with these games, of course - I know who calls the shots. And then snuggle time if that's something they enjoy.

I work a day job, so am available to do early morning, late afternoon, and evening pet care during the week and can visit most anytime on weekends.
