I have worked in the veterinary medicine field for 11 years as a veterinary assistant for dogs, cats, and exotic pets. I know how to properly and compassionately care for all different species of pets. I have fed, walked and medicated my friends and family’s pets when needed over the years.

We had a great boarding experience with Ashleigh. It was our first time boarding our dog so we were a bit anxious, but after meeting Ashleigh we felt much more at ease.

The BEST. I am a helicopter parent when it comes to my fur-children and I’ve worked in some form of the animal industry for nearly 20 years. Needless to say, I’m extremely picky over who takes care of my pets. There are very few people on earth I trust to watch my animals, and Ashleigh is at the top of that list. She truly takes care of them as if they are her own and knows how to spring into action should any issues arise. Highly recommend!

I have a big back yard that I can walk pets in. We are planning on fencing it when able. I have two friendly neutered dogs that love to make new friends. I also have a very social cat that snuggles with his brothers. I have an emergency kit from working as a vet tech. I have extra bowls, blankets, and space for crates if needed. I have a play pen suitable for puppies and small dogs or rabbits as well as a medium dog crate. Our formal dining room doesn’t get used, so there is only a small table in that space.

A typical day
I have several interactive doggie toys that really keep them busy and thinking (watching them play with them entertains me to no end.) I am frequently taking breaks from work to play fetch or tug of war. I enjoy taking walks in my neighborhood during the nice months and sunbathing on the porch. My own pets enjoy watching animal movies with me for the sounds.
