I have my own pup on the mainland, I would love to help take care of yours while I wait to have him back with me! As a dog parent myself, I know how much they mean to you, so your dogs safety and happiness is my #1 priority. I want to make sure they have fun, release some energy, and have a great day while you're away. I’ve had pets including dogs, cats, birds, and horses growing up. I’ve also raised my own Pomsky puppy for the last 3 years. In the past I’ve house sat and walked pets every summer of high school and into college, so I have plenty of experience with all different ages and sizes.

Ashleigh has helped us many times by walking our dog while we were at work. Not only is she dependable and great with our dog but she’s a great communicator. You can tell she loves animals and realizes how much they are loved by their owners. I would highly recommend her!

I like to keep everything clean, aything that isn’t a toy or pet friendly is put away. Food and any medications that they need will be given on a regular schedule, I check water bowls frequently bc it is typically hot for dogs. If staying in my home, it does have a gated entry, so no need to worry about your dog getting out. I love to give long or fun walks and treats as positive reinforcement, but ultimately what I give your dog and quantity is up to you. Please let me know if it’s okay for your dog to go in water, dog parks, or has any health conditions/grooming needs that limit mobility or safety for fun activities, etc. I live in a safe neighborhood near several parks and have reliable transportation.

A typical day
I would love to make sure your dogs are getting outside and getting their energy out. Depending on your preferences, we can take solo walks at nearby parks, go to the dog park, the beach etc.

I only work 3 days a week, so my availability is pretty open. I’m up early in the morning and usually like to be outside during the day, so I’m available for walks at a variety of times.
