I have over 15 years experience working with dogs of various breeds and sizes. I've gained experience through responsibilities caring for my families dogs (boxers, labs, rotties, Maltese..we had them all). While growing up, volunteering at non kill animal shelters in Florida, selling puppies from liters we bred, as well as providing knowledge to customers about specific breed needs, and finally working for Wag! (Which has been amazing!). Aquiring a degree of patience helps me interact with dogs based on their personalities because every dog is unique, regardless of what one may expect from a breed! Through my experiences I've been able to develop techniques to make even the most timid dog feel more comfortable and less anxious, encourage to walk, play, or simply interact with me. I also know the difference in being gentle and playful according to the kind of dog I am working with. I am home the majority of the time since so I am pretty much available to work with your pups needs if they require a lot of attention/training. My skills range from walking, bathing, playing, boarding, dog sitting, and training. I view each dog as a learning experience rather than a typical job because I like to build a trusting and loving relationship with dogs.
