I have had a dog since I was 9 in 1997, Hershey was the runt of the litter but the cutest thing. She taught me how to love, nurture, and care for all living creatures and in return she loved me with everything that she had and I could not be more thankful. She passed away about a year ago in 2014 and not a day goes by that I don't remember her in the best way possible and cry for her. Now my roommate has the biggest brat of a dog but I love her so much and I will do anything for her form giving her meds, taking walks with her and playing with her. She is such a loving dog that fills the void in my heart and reminds me that no matter the dog, they are all the best of friends with all who love them and I love them all back with everything that I have.
