Arriana is the biggest animal lover that I know and every animal I've ever seen her with loves her. She has watched my dogs several times at my home whenever I have to leave town. When I return, the dogs are great (well taken care of) and my house looks like no one was ever there. It's great having my dogs stay in their own home when I'm gone and not have to go to a kennel. And it's a bonus to have someone I trust stay in my house while I'm gone too.

Arriana is my daughter so I obviously have lots of insight on why she'd make a great Rover.com employee. Ever since I can remember she's always shown a great deal of compassion and sympathy for all animals. She has brought home countless stray animals throughout her young life. We have kept several of them but couldnt keep most of them. She worked diligently to find every animal a safe and happy home. We have one dog and a cat that were adopted through the SPCA. Even though they're not purebreds, we love them both just the same, maybe even more. In the summer, Arriana was a volunteer at our local dog pound and for college she wrote an essay on the difference between dogs bought through kennels and adopting a pet. I typically would go to a breeder to buy dogs but after listeneing to my daughter and really understanding her views, she has convinced me the best way to get a dog is through adoption from your local SPCA/Dog pound. Her true compassion for all animals is part of who she is. She's a vegetarian which only proves her dedication to not harming animals in way shape or form. She is the only vegetarian in our family, I try a few days of the week with her, but the way our society is structured makes it very difficult to sustain that diet. She doesn't buy that, "Just an excuse, Dad", she says. Her enthusiasm and unwavering dedication to the welfare of our animals, especially the ones that need us most, is inspiring.
