1) Is he or she comfortable around other dogs? 2) Is he or she comfortable around people? 3) Is he or she allowed to get on the couch/bed? 4) Is he or she fond of chewing on things like phone chargers, table legs, anything in particular? 5) Is he or she prone to snatching food off tables? 6) Does he or she enjoy going through the trash can? 7) Can he or she open the fridge? 8) Is he or she potty trained? 9) How long can he or she go without using the bathroom? 10) Does he or she eat random things like toilet paper, pencils, etc?

I really enjoy nature and not many of my human friends feel the same, so when I dogsit I like to take advantage of having a hiking buddy who will be just as enthralled about walking through the woods as i am. I am also a fan of spending a couple of hours at dog parks, larger parks like Zilker and Red Bud Isle, or any other places where a dog can run free and socialize, it's as entertaining for me as it is for them! At home, I like to make sure that any four-legged friends I hang out with have something to occupy themselves --squeaky squirrels, bones, tug-of-war ropes-- and I like to make them feel welcome and secure by giving treats and even striking up a conversation or two.
