Pet care experience
I’m a very inquisitive and curious person, so getting the opportunity to meet new pups is a dream come true! I absolutely love getting the chance to learn about new pups and new things in the world. I particularly love getting out and exploring with a new canine co-pilot! I’ve always lived in a home with dogs, and currently have one large dog of my own. She’s very chill and friendly. I prefer to schedule a meet-and-greet first to make sure that this environment will be a good fit. I like to take that opportunity to get acclimated with your pooch and ask about what they need to thrive. I talk about the kind of things I typically like to know below, but my primary goal is to make sure that the stay replicates the environment they’re used to at home as close as possible. I’m happy to work with particular schedules if that’s what your pup needs the most!

Aryln was so helpful. Qe had problems with our Internet and she tried to help us fix it. When we were unable to she Facetimed us with our pet. Arlyn went over and beyond the call of duty. Luna has separation anxiety and really doesnt like strangers and is very protective of us but Arlyn overcame all that and Luna and her became best of friends. I was really surprised. Thank you Arlyn. You are the best!!!
Arlin came to the rescue and saved the day when two other sitters cancelled on me at the last minute. Arlen got along with my girls and followed direction well. Thank you for helping me out and watching my girls.

Some things I like to learn ahead of time: Would you like to schedule a meet-and-greet before the stay? Does your pup have any health issues that need to be tended to? For instance, dietary restrictions, medicine, or behavior triggers? Does your pup like to stick to a given schedule, like regular walks in the morning and evening? What does your pup do well around? What does your pup try to avoid? What’s the best way to spoil your pup?
A typical day
I think my favorite place in the city to take dogs is probably Balboa Park. It’s a great place to bring dogs that also has many walkable trails, perfect for burning some energy! There is also a dog park that is adjacent to Balboa, which I love to hit up for some socializing time with my own dogs. They love it there! Braemar is also great for longer walks or hikes, and pups always seem to love getting out into the wilderness for a bit. I also love to read in my spare time, so I’m no stranger to cuddling up with some pups after a walk and getting some pages in. It’s probably my favorite activity of all time! If your pup is a little bit more on the easygoing side, we can always spend a ton of quality time together reading or catching up on Netflix.
