I've had the joy of spending the last 5 years as mom to my little rescue dog, Tiny. She was brought into a kill shelter in 2012 and wasn't going to last very long. Thankfully, a foster mom picked her up and posted her picture on the internet. It was love at first sight and I took her home right away. When I first got Tiny, she was anxious, skinny, nervous and insecure! I am so proud to say that Tiny is a totally different creature now- fun-loving, healthy, lovable and confident. It is because our relationship that I learned that dogs need attention, compassion and understanding just like humans do. That is how I treat her and that is how I will treat yours!
