I do not own any pets. However, I did grow up around the bully breeds; as well as, small dogs. I was taught how to approach frighten dogs and not to force them to do something they do not want to do. My pet experience is limited to family and friends' pets, from a Shih Tzu to a Pointer mix to an American Mastiff mix. I have graduated with a BS: Biology (and a minor in Mathematics) in 2019. Right after college I spent a year at a vet clinic that also boarded cats and dogs. My special skills range from being able to stay calm and relaxed during a stressful situation and having the capability of caring and understanding. Furthermore, not to give up when the task seems untenable. My experience is limited to animals, but that doesn't stop me from wanting to learn with each dog(s)/cat(s) and their owner(s). Started a new job working M-F and occasionally Saturday (at home). The hours are 7-4 and on call 6pm-8pm and 8am to 2pm on Saturday. My time spent with your fur babies will be spent with care and love. Fur babies are also welcome at my job, so if they are dog friendly and enjoy car rides, I can take them with me to work with your permission. I still live at home with my parents, so if your pets are boarding, it is important that they are crate train for when I leave the house. The house does have a fence but the pets will not be left outside and will be taken on walks around the neighborhood; as well as, a bike/walking trail that’s a block away from where I live. If I am house sitting, I try my best to stick with the schedule they are use to and any instructions you leave for me.
