Pet care experience
My experience stretches across a couple decades from starting in middle school and high school with an FFA program that took me through the basics of animal production and management through horse management and care of farm animals. Over the years I've also had a few dogs of my own including my former senior foxhound and now current teenager heeler mix. I'm comfortable with all manner of animals from house pets to farm animals, yes including cats and birds. My priority no matter what is that each animal is taken care of before anything else gets done. Whether it's giving meds or just love I've got your animals covered! Through my years of experience I've taken care of all manner of dogs from healthy to those with special needs and required medication throughout the day. I am comfortable taking your animals to vet/grooming appointments if needed throughout their stay, and will tailor each pets time with me to ensure that they are comfortable and not stressed without you.

Arijana was great! We've only left our dog with family before, and she helped us and our dog feel so comfortable. We got daily updates with photos, loved seeing what our pup was up to. Would definitely book with Arijana again
Arijana put our minds at ease right away with her initial meeting with our dogs. She was completely comfortable. We had her stay overnight while we were away and she sent photos and updates throughout, noting our dogs’ personalities. When she heard fireworks in the neighborhood she messaged me right away to see how my dogs would react and if there was any action she should take. We will definitely use her again!
Arijana was an excellent pet sitter for our cat while we were away! Reliable and communicated throughout.

I currently have a dog of my own that my mom helps take care of while I'm house/pet sitting for you so you don't need to worry about trying to mix animals together in one house. I am comfortable taking your dogs for a walk or just hanging out in the backyard depending on the needs of your pet. I like to make sure at the initial meet and greet or through extensive conversation that I have all the information I need to know about what you typically do with your dog or what they need in terms of activity, food, meds, snuggles, etc.

Please let me know if your dog takes any medication, eats at certain times, or has any allergies to foods or treats! I also like to know if there's any issues with pets that need to be separate for safety reasons while you're not there. The more information about their usual routines the better, and you can even write me an instruction list if you'd like for when I'm watching them (it's much appreciated).
A typical day
I can help work on basics of obedience training if your dog is younger through enrichment activities mixed with playtime so they are tuckered out. I am comfortable taking your dog to the local trails if they like to hike or even swimming if they enjoy that and you have a pool. We will go over all those ground rules and information when I first talk with you about your pet.

Availability
I work a full time job (bankers hours 8-5) during the week. Im available for overnights and play time during the evenings, but due to short lunch schedules am not available for mid day drop ins unless in the Oxford area.
