Pet care experience
I adore animals and have been working with dogs and cats as a volunteer at the anti-cruelty society for the last year. I’ve walked and cared for dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments, and have gotten quite good at understanding their body language. I adopted and trained my own dog 6 years ago - she now lives with my parents, though I stop by and play with her often! I’m a teacher during the school year, which means I’m free during the week in the summer when most people work. Ever since I was a child I have been walking and playing with neighbors’ dogs, and this summer I’m looking to bring back the tradition! Dogs have always made me so happy, and I can’t think of a better way to spend my summer.

Arielle is hardworking, organized, personable, and reliable. She is a capable dog handler with both large and small breed experience. You know to expect a job well-done when she's on it!
Arielle has delivered nothing short of the best care. I would give her 5 out of 5 stars and trust her with any dog breed, or energy level. I have seen her care for a small breeds with the energy of a small nuclear bomb as well as large breeds that are shy and need help being coaxed out of their shells. If you are worried about parting with your dog for any length of time or need someone who knows dogs very well Arielle is the person I would go to.
Arielle is kind, gentle, and empathetic, and the pets in her life have always brought her tremendous joy. From about the age of five, Arielle would assist our neighbor in walking her two collies and often played with the Dalmatian that lived next door. The dogs were larger than she was, but she handled the task with pride and joy and was never afraid or intimidated. When she was a bit older, she was hired to care for neighbors’ dogs and cats while they were away. She took each job seriously, and the people that hired her felt at ease leaving their pets in her care. Arielle is an experienced and responsible animal lover; you can't go wrong hiring her to care for your pets.
Arielle is one of my volunteers at our Everyday Adoption Center for the Anti-Cruelty Society. She is a reliable volunteer who I can count on for her regular shifts, as well as special events that I specifically request her for. Daily tasks of my volunteers include, informing and educating visitors about our animals and adoption policies, assist in making successful adoption matches, and providing enrichment and basic care. Arielle is extremely comfortable around dogs and cats, and is familiar with handling a variety of shapes, sizes and temperaments. She would be a wonderful asset to the Rover team!
