Pet care experience
Hello fellow dog lovers, I have had pets all my life. I have experience caring for small dogs to giant dogs, as well as handling a multi-dog households. I graduated from the CATCH Dog Training and Behavior program and have been working as a professional dog trainer for the past 6 years. I also have experience with other pets. I currently have a 3 year old Beauceron and a 9 year old beagle mix. In the past I've had a Border Collie and two Labrador Retrievers, a dachshund, sugar gliders, gerbils, lizards, snakes, fish, and a ferret. I'm offering to travel to your home to make your mind rest a little easier knowing your furry friend is safe and relaxed. Why I love dog sitting I have had dogs all my life. We brought home the first family dog when I was 5 years old and the house has never been without one since. I've provided primary care for puppies, adolescents, adult, and senior dogs. My experience administering medication I am very comfortable with administering medication. As is prudent I will go over all the dosages, times given and any side effects to watch out for with you.

I have a fenced in yard, two (soon to be three) dog friendly dogs, a dog savy cat, and 3 bunnies. I supply crash tested harnesses or crates to use when transporting your pets and regularly inspect gear to make sure it’s safe and secure. I am a professional dog trainer with experience caring for dogs of all sizes and different temperaments.

I would like to know how much exercise the dog has been receiving, how friendly the dog is toward other dogs and animals, and what commands the dog has learned. I would also like to know the rules of the house when it comes to the dog, is he or she allowed on the furniture, etc?
A typical day
A typical day at boarding is filled with enrichment activities, doggie and human play, a sniffy walk around the park, and plenty of snuggle time. I also offer an add-on for training. Dogs staying for at least a week will also go on at least two outings. These can be to the woods, down to get a coffee at the Greene, or to a pet store. They will also be bathed and have nails trimmed if necessary before going home.

Availability
I’m currently working from home/dog walking. I’m available for boarding and adventure walks Sunday-Saturday. Dogs who stay with us become part of the family, hanging out and watching TV, a daily walk at the park, playing with our dogs, and loading up to go on adventure walks at the metro and state parks.
