They are both fixed and will not interact with your pet. I do live with my significant other but they work full time and I will be the one assuming all care.

I will keep your fur baby entertained by taking them on walks, spending quality time with them, giving snacks/treats if allowed, and showing them all the fun smells around my neighborhood or yours!
