I have cared for my Pomeranian for 14 years, and it's felt like the time has flown by. Due to moving to an apartment I had to giver her to a friend in which I still spent weekends with her. I now live in a duplex in which my friend and I have decided to still share custody since she got so attached. She is a small dog so I'm used for very frequent bathroom breaks. She's had a biopsy and was spayed, so I've dealt with moderate medical care. As she has gotten older she has needed more medication and heart worm pills, so administering medication is another skill under my belt. She has a thick coat which needs brushing every week, this is our special bonding time in which I try to make it as pleasant as possible, let's just say it's her least favorite thing :) I am a very active individual who works out and plays soccer, so taking walks and jogging is no problem.
