Aside from growing up with an enormous Newfoundland and lively yellow lab, I have extensive experience in dog sitting with a variety of breeds all over the world! In college, I dog sat a boxer on the weekends, and was involved in a training course for seeing eye dogs during the week. While living in Australia for the year after college, most of my housing consisted of dog sitting for prolonged periods of time (several weeks to months). This involved taking the dogs for walks/outings every day, and spending the majority of the day with them as well to keep them company while they grew comfortable with the absence of their owners. I have quite a bit of energy and am always ready for a long walk or park expedition. I enjoy getting to learn a dog's personality, and have a fondness for both large and small dogs!
