5 STARS!!!!! We absolutely love booking with Arianna, and our two dogs love her even more. We have so much peace of mind leaving them at home with her; we know they are in safe and incredibly capable hands. We were out of town for under two weeks, and knowing we had someone at home taking care of and loving our babies just like we would made our trip even better! We highly recommend booking Arianna to watch your fur babies, and we can't wait to book her again in the future!

I’m not sure if Arianna is a new sitter or not, but I was not satisfied with her service and wouldn’t recommend her. She and her boyfriend gave all three of my dogs table “scraps” on several occasions and two of my dogs became ill, one while Arianna was at our house and one upon our arrival at home. She notified me that one of my dogs was sick, had an “accident” in the house and had blood in his stool, then she said that she gave him steak. I explained to her the importance of not deviating from what the client says to feed their animals due to sensitivity, allergic or any other issues. One would think that this is one rule that Rover emphasizes with their employees, as it could be catastrophic. Also, they damaged my dining room table by placing a hot plate directly on the wood, which caused the wood to fade out in two areas, When I brought this to Arianna’s attention, she said it was an accident and suggested that I mix some ingredients she found on the web to fix it. I am disappointed that she didn’t bring this to my attention, as it’s very visible and I noticed it right away. This table was handed down to me from my mother and has great sentimental value to me.
