We treat your pets as family!
Pet care experience
I've owned cats and dogs since I was a child so there are many years of experience. I believe pets are more than animals, they are family. Your pets are in good hands :) My schedule is flexible and open to long-term and short-terms care. Unfortunately, I will NOT be using my home for dog services since I have cats in my home. I also have a small home, which would not be ideal for dogs. However, I CAN do drop ins and dog walking. Due to Covid-19 I test my self regularly & the members of my home. I am also fully vaccinated for Covid-19. I also will wear a mask while inside of your home & during the meet & greet. (Hablo Español)
Reviews
Argelia is the best ever!! Our kitties love her and she always takes the best care of them and sends us the best pictures, we’ll always hire Argelia as long as we can!
Argie provided updates and took lots of pictures of our pup while we were away. Wouldn’t hesitate to contact her again when needed in the future!
Always goes above and beyond! We’re so lucky to have Argie as our Dog Walker!
Argie is just the best at this: providing photos, comments of the visits, time spent playing with or petting our kitty, extras like watering plants, collecting mail. We look forward to our daily reports so we can relax and enjoy our vacation. Argie truly loves what she does, and we love that she enjoys time she spends with our kitty. Thanks, Argie!

I only board cats, if the pet isn't friendly towards other cats. I separated my condo into 2 floors so theirs no conflict. I make sure they have their own food, water & Litter. I also make sure they have entertainment & a comfortable place to sleep.

Information Argelia A. would like to know about your pet
If need any special attention due to medical or treatments please specify. If pets aren't used to strangers or are territorial please let me know. I want to make sure you're pets are safe & well taken care of.
A typical day
A typical day with your pet would be a walk or two throughout the day to allow your dog a chance to explore the neighborhood and socialize if they like that. I always allow them to explore with their nose so they have a chance to know their surroundings better. Walking helps boost improved cardiovascular fitness, lower blood pressure, stronger muscles and bones (built up by walking regularly), and decreased stress. However, dogs shouldn't walk more than 20 min outside in 89.6°F (32°C) due to dangerous temperature for your dog to take a walk. I may adjust walk times to ensure your pet's safety. Before going outside, it is best to apply The 5 Second Rule. Put the back of your hand on the sidewalk, and if you can't hold it there for five seconds, then it would be a sign that it is too hot to walk your dog for more than 20 min. This is the method that I use :) I can play with your pets indoor for the remainder of the time according to the weather.
