Pet care experience
I started pet sitting for friends in college because I wanted to explore with their dogs. So, I started off by taking my friends dog on beach runs, then hikes. After I graduated college, I did the same for friends/co-workers. This has given me the option to get maximum dog time and continue to play and explore with dogs.

Areli was awesome house sitting my dogs, she will certainly be my go-to for next time! I got lots of dog pictures while I was gone, and came home to some very happy dogs who had clearly been well cared for. She also addressed of some minor unexpected challenges without any issue, and I'm very thankful for that!
Areli was very responsible and diligent, gave our 2 big dogs walks every day and sent lovely picture updates of the dogs and cat every day too. Did a great job looking after our furry family. Would hire again.
Areli did a great job taking care of our dog, including giving her meds. Will definitely ask to sit again!
Everything went very well. Although we generally don't pay for the initial orientation we did in this case since her rates were low. Rover should probably change from unpaid to paid orientations in the gig economy and provide that as a standard estimate so that orientation gets done.

A typical day
When I pet sit dogs, I like to take them on walks as often as I can. I also love to play catch at dog parks, take them to explore a local park, and play music for them. When possible, I also like to practice basic dog commands with them and am always impressed by their ability to learn.

I work part-time at-home and have a lot of flexibility on my availability. I would love to take your dog on walks around the neighborhood or dog park. I enjoy pet sitting sleepy old dogs or energetic young dogs!
