Hi there! I have grown up with and taken care of animals my entire life. There is nothing in my life that brings me more joy than these amazing creatures do. I have experience handling and caring for all types of animals from all different backgrounds that includes animals with special needs and temperaments. I have been an active volunteer in the Humane Society since I was 13 and have worked in animal charities in America, Italy, and London. Throughout my life my family and I have fostered many different cats and dogs and helped find them forever homes. I myself have a 3 year old German Shepard named Maya who is great with all other dogs and loves to make new fur friends! I have recently adopted an adolescent kitten named Pumpkin. He is extremely confident and is already playing with Maya, so he gets along well with other dogs as he is the boss of the house now. Pumpkin has his own room that has a fence that lets him through but keeps dogs out. Being a pet owner is a responsibility that I understand, love, and take very seriously, in my opinion we are undeserving of their unconditional love. If entrusted with your fur baby, big or small I can assure you I will treat them as if they are my own. While your pet is in my care they will receive the utmost attention, and you will receive updates as well as the peace of mind that comes with knowing your furry family member is in good hands. Basic Grooming and some behavioral training are also available upon request I am able to provide references if required. My husband (Keith) assists me with all our visitors as he works from home so he is able to provide company all the time. He grew up on a farm in Scotland so he is well experienced in Dogs, Cats and all types of farming related animals. Thank you! My husband and I work from home. One of us will be at home at all times with your pup when boarding. As for house sitting I aim to spend the majority of the day at your home whilst my husband stays at our home looking after our pups. The closer you are to us the more time we can spend with your pets. I am happy to stay overnight at your home whilst my husband stays at our home. I have a large fenced yard where your pup can run and play with our pup, Maya. When inside our cat, Pumpkin also loves to play and interact with everyone. I work part time and my husband works from home. There may be occasions where we both may not be available due to travel, so we will confirm this before accepting bookings. We will ensure everyone gets along during a meet and greet before accepting a booking. We want to make sure your pup is going to be comfortable before their stay and not stressed out.
