My whole life, I have lived with and taken care of pets. There was even a point in my life where I helped take care of farm animals! Right now, I am raising 4 rescue pets: 2 cats and 2 dogs. My first dog was a Chihuahua-mix stray all the way from California. I've had to train her basically from scratch. My second was a Chihuahua that had been surrendered by two different families. Despite this, and after lots of training, both dogs have transformed into these lovable companions that are adored by my friends and family. Beyond knowing the basic tricks, the dogs have also been doing agility training. The cats were both adopted from local shelters and have been amazing! They are easy as they will always let you know when they are hungry. All of our pets live very well together. I am currently not working. I am home full time except for the occasional appointments and errends. I am never gone for more than a couple of hours. My yard is almost a quarter acre and fully fenced. Whenever your pets are inside, they are separated from the cats as they have their own room. Crate training is available if needed.
