Hi there! My name is Arden and I have owned St. Bernards, Great Pyrenees, and a Goldendoodle. All were raised from puppies and became part of my family- over 40 years of loving animals in my home. I know that pets are family members and you can be comfortable knowing that I will care for them just as you would. I am retired from healthcare so I am comfortable with senior dogs or dogs with medical needs. I love puppies too! I am great at following instructions on all the minute details you may have. I have dog sat for my neighbors and friends many times and it is always a joy.

Arden H. took great care of my Goldendoodle! She kept him active and played fetch with him throughout the 8-hour period that she watched him. She spent the day in the back yard, and my dog appreciated that as he loves being outdoors playing or just hanging out, providing companionship. When I picked him up, he was tired from a fun-filled day! I will definitely be booking with Arden H. again.
Arden was the best. My 5 month old puppy has separation anxiety and I was nervous he wouldn’t enjoy himself. Arden sent photos, took him on a walk, reassured me he was doing fine. When we picked him up, he didn’t want to leave! Tater will definitely be back! Thank you Arden!
Maeby absolutely loves Arden and she always gets good exercise. Maeby can be opinionated but Arden has the magic touch with her!
Arden is wonderful! We just returned from our first doggie daycare at her home, and our little guy is still smiling. Our 2-year old cattle dog is not an easy-handle: he is hyperactive, high energy, chatty, and sometimes head strong. Arden is very professional, beginning with her timely and responsive communications with us, and her offer to meet-and-greet several days before hand, which allowed us to show the unique challenges of our lively dog, while also letting us view her fenced backyard before booking the appointment. Arden showed patience, kindness, and tolerance with our overly energetic pup, while also gently reminding him of good manners and boundaries, which is important to us for his ongoing learning. She even found a way to soothe him into a nap during his stay! We’ll definitely seek Arden’s services again, and we have no hesitation recommending her to others. A+

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors that I can account for. My preference is for breeds that do not include any pit bull. I will want to know about your pets comfort level with other animals we might come in contact with. Are they shy, or playful? Do they interact well around children or men? How are they with water, ponds, lakes? Does your pet get skittish with loud noises/garbage trucks? Does your pet like to jump onto the kitchen counter to get into things they shouldn't! If you know pets, you know this list could go on and on! The more I know about your dog, the better.
A typical day
My favorite place to walk is Cougar Mountain along all the many trails. I enjoy walking in different neighborhoods too and seeing new parks. I can play fetch and frisbee with your dog in your yard along with just petting and lots of love.

Availability
I am retired so I have many times available to care for your dog. I walk everyday (around 5 miles) and would love to have a dog companion to join me! I volunteer at a barn and take horse riding lessons on Mondays so I am not available then.
