Soft spot for difficult dogs

Hi, my name is Archie! I am a lifelong dog lover, walker, and caretaker! I grew up caring for my family dog. As a young adult, I cared for my housemate's dog, an emotionally damaged and volatile pitbull, including attending training sessions with a trainer and working to leash train and behavior train her. This gave me valuable experience working with at-risk and difficult dogs and managing their behavior. I have sat, walked, and loved many different types of dogs, from giant mastiffs to tiny corgis. I believe that dogs deserve respect, and I do my best to listen to what dogs are trying to say to me so they can learn to obey me. I believe that no dog is too difficult or messed up to not deserve a loving home and good care.

Archie was great. I could tell from the photos how happy my Bailey was hanging out with her (which is no small feat considering she can be shy with new people)
Archie has been great with our pup Chevy! We highly recommend her. She’s been prompt and responsive and Chevy is always happy after his walks with her. She’s been more than willing to work with us on some of Chevy’s behavior on walks (in particular, dog reactivity on the leash), so we have no worries about him going out with her, and the regular updates give us confidence that he’s having a great time!
Archie was really great with Bailey. Already planning to rebook with her!
I have 2 dogs. A 175 lb English mastiff and 55 lb mixed breed. Archie has watched them on multiple occasions and I have always felt that my dogs were being looked after as well as I could have. She is very good with all types of dogs and gives the attention you would want your dogs to have. She is my first choice for help with my “boys” .
