AVOID. It takes a LOT for me to write a negative review, but I’ve been pushed to my limit. Araceli was paid to house sit our pups for 4 nights. Not only did she not follow any of the guidelines, she left our pups all alone on the very first night and didn’t come back for close to 12 hours. Over the next few days, she came and went, never staying long. She continually showed up at 2am in the morning each night to leave again around 9:30am. Then she would only come back a couple more times much later in the day. This is not what we agreed upon or discussed ahead of the stay and wasn’t what I paid for. I paid for a dog sitter to stay at our house…not check ins and to leave them alone for 8-9+ hours at a time. This completely ruined our vacation as we had to spend multiple hours trying to locate neighbors to help with walks and to feed them during a holiday weekend. I am beyond irate and highly recommend you find someone else who cares about your pets more than Araceli does.

Araceli was so great! Always responsive and clearly great with my pup. Will absolutely book again!
