I am studying in an alternate program called Veterinary Allied Staff Education in order to qualify for the Veterinary Technician National Exam. I typically do not do a meet and greet as Bella does not like hoomuns, but she loves meeting pups. Dogs and cats are fine to her as she minds her own business OR plays with them. As my job history I started out at Irving Pet Hospital as an Exam Room Tech, then worked my up becoming a Veterinary Assistant from April 13, 2017 till December 20, 2022. (Currently working relief as of 2024). I had experience from PetSmart PetsHotel (Boarding) from October 28, '16 to April 2017. •(DOG BOARDING SERVICES): >> 3-4 times a walk > I do recommend your pups to be vaccinated unless otherwise it is okay. I'd appreciate having a safe environment. Vaccines would be: >Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella (recommended unless doctor said they cannot be vaccinated) >Canine Influenza Vaccine and Leptospirosis (not so much) Any questions? April was awesome! So sweet and took excellent care of Nena. It was reassuring to know that my senior pup was in excellent hands, a vet tech!! Nena enjoyed her time with April and received lots of attention.
April was wonderful with my puppy Twix! She made the drop off and pick up easy and provided communication to align on schedules. She provided many photos and updates of their days together. Twix smelled fresh and was clean upon pick up so I’m sure April took some time to freshen her up. She is awesome and I would rebook with her again!
Can’t say enough good things about April. I booked last minute and it still all went smoothly. From sending photos often everyday to going above and beyond to keep him engaged (even when he’s hyperactive) and even cleaning his ears (my dog is not the easiest to do this to), April was amazing. My dog, Lex, came back looking and smelling great and pooped from all the playtime. Would def rebook
April is Awesome! When we dropped off our pup a second time he didn’t even look back. April took him for walks and sent pictures and updates. Our dog loves being with her. Happy dog, happy owners. Thank you April.
