Hello! My name's April and I'm an energetic, kind, loving Veterinary Assistant in Glastonbury. I've been working in veterinary hospitals since I was 15, starting off as a kennel assistant at Pieper Olson in Middletown, CT. I have been working in the Veterinary field ever since, giving me over 8 years experience caring for animals of all species and sizes. My absolute favorite furry soulmates to care for are those of the canine variety. My heart was stolen by an 85 lb yellow lab 22 years ago-and I haven't looked back since. I would love for you to consider me for taking care of your pets while you are out conquering the day, or enjoying a well deserved vacation. Whatever the situation-rest assured they will be well attended to and loved!

April was an absolute life saver! With only having my rescue for a week, I was a wreck having to leave him home for Thanksgiving. But April listened to all my concerns and filled me in everyday on his behaviors and moods. He and I were very very happy to have had her! And will continue to!
First time every having someone watch my dog in my home. April came a day prior to meet with my dog and to go over everything. I knew from the minute she walked in, my place and dog would be safe in her hands. She provided constant communication as to what my dog was doing and included up to the minute pictures of him. It was so nice to have no worries while I was away. I’m so grateful I found April and trust me you and your animal will be too!

It's important for me to know a little bit about your furry loved one so I can best keep the schedule they're used to! I like to know feeding times, walking habits, medications, etc. and we can cover all that information at a meet up to see if it's the right fit!

I'm like to stay active so walks can be plentiful! Of course I always adhere to dogs individual needs and restrictions. I understand our senior friends may need to walk shorter distances than younger pups, and vice versa.
