Having been a pet owner all my life, I wanted to take my knowledge, love and care to a more professional level. I am experienced with caring for dogs, cats, some reptiles, horses and birds. Just as humans, animals have routines and environments that they love and in my experience my clients love that I can stay in their home where the pet is comfortable and feels safe. I enjoy going for a walk, hike, bike, jog and that does not exlude going out in the rain. I have experience with caring for a senior dog with separation anxiety who likes being snuggled to a home with five young cats and dogs that love playing and full of energy. I have two cats, one is a bengal named Banjo and the other is Doodle, a tux. While they, in true cat nature tolerate one another, they absolutely loved our Samoyed mix dog Gracie. I love details and lists, so knowing your pets routine, quirks, habits are key to great care. I have experience with administering daily medications, cleaning wounds and following specific dietary instructions. When taking on a new fur client, I have found it nice to meet in person with the pet and owners so that we get a better sense of one another. I have learned this gives us a chance to interact and make sure your pet is comfortable with me. However, sometimes life throws sudden moments and emergency help is needed and you want to find someone that you can trust to be there when needed.
