**My availability varies week by week; please reach out anytime and I will do what I can to meet your needs <3 ** Hello canine lovers! I'd love to help care for your dog(s) while you are away at work, school, vacation, or wherever life may take you. I have been a dog-owner my whole life, getting my first puppy in the 1st grade. Having both raised puppies and taking in elderly dogs, I know how to work with the various needs of our favorite companions. My family was never shy about having multiple dogs and neither am I; although I only have one dog currently which is simply not enough canine-companionship for me given that I spend the majority of my time at home, either working or relaxing, and have a large, fenced backyard perfect for playing in. I would love to meet your pups and build a lasting friendship! It's a ruff world without love - let's hold paws and make it better! Warm regards, April P.S. My rates are always negotiable! And if you have multiple dogs you'll always save 20% or more per extra pooch!
Reviews
April did a fantastic job with my senior fuzz ball, even dry shampooing! She is friendly and compassionate and I appreciated the attention the dogs received.
April was easy to work with and accomodated our schedule. She is dependable and my dog got excited whenever he knew she was about to arrive. I would certainly work with her again.
This was the second time April as taken care of our pets. She continues to be reliable and thorough with the care of our dogs and cat. She also does a great job of keeping us up to date with all or our pets shenanigans during her stay. We highly recommend her!!
April was so great with our dog staying several nights at her house! He received plenty of walks and play and was very happy. April was great with communication and updates and we definitely recommend her!

Information April M. would like to know about your pet
I am happy to watch any and all types of dogs! I have experience watching dogs of various ages, sizes, and physical capacities. Basic things I'd like to know: What are your dog's favorite activities? Is your dog allowed on furniture/beds? Does your dog have any special needs? What is your dog's feeding schedule? For safety reasons I'd like to know: How does your dog handle on a leash? Does your dog have any triggers that should be avoided? What is the best way to calm your dog or regain his/her attention?
A typical day
When visiting my home: Whether your dog is active or infirm, s/he will be pampered just as if they were at home. Depending on owner preferences, I'll happily give Fido a chew toy or treat, let him/her lounge around on the couch or extra dog beds, and give their favorite places scratches, rubs, and pats. For high-energy dogs, run of the mill activities will include taking walks, throwing balls and tugging on toys; balanced by quality rest and recovery. **I recommend bringing something familiar from home that will provide him/her an extra layer of comfort and familiarity. ** When visiting your home: Whether I am visiting for a walk, a check-in, or an overnight I will love your dog(s) as if they were my own, while still respecting any house rules you have established with your pet. Your pet will receive his/her normal regime for meals, exercise, and companionship. For 30-minute visits (walks or drop-ins) every minute will be spent attending to your canine companion. For house sitting, your dog will be my top priority; we can discuss specifics regarding sleeping arrangements or visiting every 2-4 hours further.
