Hello! My name is April and I have been working with animals in one capacity or another for almost 20 years! I love dogs! Dogs are my entire life! I will care for your pet in the same stellar way that I care for mine with an attention to the specific pet's likes and needs. Not all dogs are the same, and I pride myself on adjusting my "parenting" style to fit each and every dog. I have spent years studying animal behavior so that I can be more intuitive to the needs and wants of my pets and the pets I handle regularly at work. April was amazing with my overly needy cane Corso rescue. We were on the brink of having to cancel our family vacation after a failed test leaving him at home. I have no doubt that my dog was well cared for. My dog was badly abused when we first adopted him and now suffers with some pretty severe anxiety. However, he quickly warmed up to April and her family.
April was absolutely amazing. When I first met her I immediately felt comfortable with her. My dogs, Hurley and Charlie fell in love with her. Our cat, Osha got use to her while she stayed in our home while we went on vacation. She sent me so many cute pictures while she was there. From the pictures I think my furbabies didn't miss me! After our meet and greet, and the day of us leaving her with our pets, we trusted her in our home. We knew everything was would be great. April gave so many kisses and spoiled our pets. Our house was just the way we left it and our pets were happy when we arrived home. April is trustworthy, knowledgeable with animals and has lots of love to give when it comes to your pets. I highly recommend her!!
April and family took great care of my 12 year old golden retriever. I was sent a several pics and updates over the weekend. My dog left happy and would gladly return. 5 star service!
April was so great with our puppy!! Our puppy can be a handful and April had no problems with her. We got updates and pictures. She was also very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be using her again for our doggies in the future!! Thanks so much April.

I do not have breed preferences however I do love the large breeds! I would prefer that any animals that stay here are well socialized, house trained and crate trained (puppies being an exception). However, I am able to separate animals if necessary and am willing to discuss any special situations with you at any time! I have a soft spot for seniors and have the medical training to care for special needs dogs as well.
