Hello Pet Parents! I have about 10+ years of animal care experience ranging from pet store, pet bathing, veterinary and exotic animal care. I am open to different services and will go above and beyond to take care of your pets.

Absolutely fabulous. Put our minds at ease from the first moment to the last. Confident, competent, compassionate, and courteous. Never met April before, but would absolutely recommend her after she sat our high-energy, 1-year-old female corgi/dachshund mix. She even reached out on the last day to see if we were going to be back in time for Molly to still be comfortable, and when we knew we were going to be late getting home, gave her another potty break. Such an obvious animal lover, April clearly does this more for the pets than for the money.
April did a great job with our little Zero. He is very particular with who is with with being an older dog. She handled him well and took him for a couple walks while we were away for the day. When we arrived, he wasn’t overtly excited to see us (which would indicate he was stressed). Overall, April was obviously able to comfort him. We would definitely call on April again.
April took good care of our three cats and did exactly what we requested. She worked with us on issues that came up that we didn't anticipate, like one our cats not eating. Good communication is important for us and we found April to be responsive and detailed.
I have a sphynx cat that is used to constant attention so I am always stressed out when I leave town for more than a night. When April came over for our meet and greet it was apparent that she genuinely loved animals and I could trust her with my kitty. On our trip we got texts with pictures and we came home to a happy, chatty cat. We would happily have her watch our animals again!

I currently do not sit pets at my own home. If it is an exotic pet that has a smaller cage or tank I would be able to discuss that type of house sit.

Name/age/breed Is your pet vaccinated? (It is important for me to know so I can make judgements on where it is or isn’t save to take an unvaccinated dog to public areas to avoid kennel cough or lepto) Known allergies/ injuries/medical issues? (In case of an emergency I can be better prepared) Is your dog friendly with other dogs? (They do not have to be but I would like to tell other dog owners to give us space) Are there any places on your dogs body that he/she does not like to touched? (ex. paws, ears, tail area) What is your pets favorite toys, treats, activities?
A typical day
I am very willingly to learn the small details about your pets that will make them happy and comfortable. (Examples: prefers belly rubs to playing with toys, shy eater and needs to be hand fed, has a favorite toy, etc) For walks I am comfortable taking your pet in my vehicle to a local park to enjoy the space and smells.
