Hi, My name is April. I absolutely love the outdoors and all of Mother nature's great creatures! I have owned and taken care of dogs since I was a wee one and continuously since then. Taking pups on hikes, going to dog parks and swimming holes are some of the fun activities I enjoy with my own pup and those I sit with. Even on rainy days I enjoy a nice walk, hike or snuggle. Boarding and caring for my mother's dog who has special needs has given me more experience with administering medication, keeping to a very strict schedule and even assisting with bathroom time. I have also cared for several rescue dogs who have often needed that extra love and patience. I offer you kindness, flexibility and ethical, quality care for your best friend.

April is amazing, we had an exceptional first experience with Rover thanks to April! Our dog is usually territorial and hesitant to new people entering our home, but April did a great job getting our dog to warm-up in the sort amount of time during the brief check-in. April was thorough with all the instructions we left, and knew exactly the right questions to ask to be sure our dog was well cared for. You can tell she truly cares! April was so patient with our dog who can be stubborn sometimes and was communicative the entire time. We are looking forward to working with April again!
April is awesome! She is very good at communicating with me during banks’ walks and sends me multiple pictures while they are out which I loveeee to get while I’m working 14 hour shifts! I would definitely recommend her to anyone! We will for sure use her again in the future :)
April is fantastic! She walks my dogs 2x per week. She always sends pictures and a review of how they did. She practices commands with my puppy after their walk and gives them treats. They love her! I will continue to keep booking her.

I don't currently watch pets at our place because of minimal space. I do mostly on leash walks but offer the off leash option in designated areas depending on the dog and their temperament and needs. At home visit services include trips outside, play time, treats, feeding, and administering medication.

A typical day
I love getting dogs on walks and play sessions on the beach during the off season. Working on training and tricks that owners would like is an option. Keeping your doggies engaged with puzzles and other activities to stimulate their brains are all important to me.
