Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs for 18 years! I have experience with dogs of all ages, especially senior pups, and of most sizes! My 2 family dogs had a lot of old-age related medical issues these past few years so I’m very experienced with medication and gently bathing them if they’ve had an accident.

We booked April to watch our dog, Penny, at our home while we were out of state for a long wedding weekend. This was our first time using Rover, and the experience couldn't have been better thanks to April! She stayed late when our flight back to Boston was severely delayed so Penny wouldn't be lonely. We also loved the many updates and photos she sent while we were away. Thank you so much for everything, April!
April was so flexible with our last minute urgent needs. She took wonderful care of our dog and he had a blast with her. Would definitely recommend!!!
My husband and I required doggie care on the night of our wedding - we were so happy to find April, who was very communicative throughout the booking process, and eager to help with our big day! She arrived on time (which was critical, given the timeline of the day), was quick to warm up to our pup, Gypsy, and kept her happy for the entire evening! It was reassuring to know that our dog was in good hands! Gypsy will definitely be looking forward to seeing April again soon!
April takes amazing care of our two dogs and we always feel safe leaving them with her. On her last visit I even accidentally locked her out of our home and she couldn't get in contact with me, she swiftly reached out to our emergency contact and rectified my mistake right away. She's great! `

I love to stimulate your dogs mentally & physically! Taking long walks, playing games and helping your pup socialize (if they’re a pup that likes other dogs) are my fav things to do!

Availability
I currently work full-time at a hospital and have found interacting with dogs to be be a wonderful de-stresser for such a high-paced field. Due to working 3 days a week, I have the flexibility to schedule walks and house sitting!
