Hi, I currently do not have a dog, but have always grown up with dogs. The reason my rate is probably higher than most is because I only look after one dog at a time. Personalities vary and I would rather take wonderful care of ONE dog as opposed to risking anxiety in a dog, who is already staying in a foreign location. You will not have to worry about other pets when your dog stays with me. He/She will have my full attention and be treated as a member of my family:) The golden retriever I had in college, Trae, was my world! He lived to be 14 years old and my ex-husband and I shared Trae's ashes. He stays on a bookcase in my bedroom along with photos and his dog tag. I love all animals but especially dogs. I would always get worried about leaving Trae at a kennel. I can assure you that your pet will be treated with love and like a second child to me! I have a daughter who is 12 years old and she adores dogs too! I love to keep fit and have no problem taking dogs for walks numerous times a day and letting them explore the world and sniff around:) If you would like to have peace of mind when you are away, I can give your pet and you just that. **Please note: Drop-offs and pick-ups of your pup must be at the same time. For instance, if you drop off at 9 a.m., please pick up at 9 a.m. :) Why I love dog sitting All of my life! I am an animal lover in general! But dogs hold a special place in my heart:)
