Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs my entire life and currently have 3 labs of my own. All of my pups are rescues, so I know how each dog can have their own quarks. I understand how important it is to feel comfortable with leaving your pets with someone you trust, and our dogs are our family. I've never met a dog I didn't love, and I'll take care of your pets as if they were my own. I had been a volunteer for 3 years advocating for the adoption of pets at a local animal shelter prior to making the move to TN. I have a lot of flexibilty as I currently work from home! April was great. Jelly enjoyed her afternoon walks. April was very personable. You can tell instantly that she is a dog lover (and our dog loved her). She was punctual and very pleasant. We will be hiring her again.
April was the perfect dog sitter for our German Shepherd Randy. He has tons of energy and can be a lot to handle sometimes. April would do so much more than just show up and let him out. She would play with him and make him feel loved the entire time she was there. My wife and I could not have felt more comfortable with having our little guy under April's care when we would take weekend trips. THANKS SO MUCH APRIL!!! -Matt, Isabel, and Randy
April D. has been a dog owner and lover for over 20 years starting when she was a little girl with Murray, Louie and Enrico, to the three she has now. She has always been great with the healthy aspects of caring for a dog by making sure they eat right, get regular exercise, and get proper veterinary care. On top of all that, she is responsible and reliable and shows great care and love to her canine friends. They are part of the family.
