Pet care experience
My love for animals extends to all sentient being we share this planet with. I have grown up with cats, dogs, and various critters all of my life (my grandma had pet rats, hamsters, and ferrets too). Dog walking was my first job as a teen and it has stuck with me ever since into adulthood. A day filled with love from our furry friends an amazing day, that is why I love dog-sitting! I can accommodate to many types of pups at various energy levels! I am a firm believer in making sure our pets have enough active time per day. I've cared for senior dogs who needed eyedrops administered for infections, and other's who were on medications that needed to be taken in full cycles. I take care of them as if they were my own because if I go away, I'd want the same favor returned to me and my fur-kids. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions or concerns. I'm flexible with accommodations and special requests, every animal is unique!

We found Anya on the spur of the moment and she was very flexible with the pick-up and drop-off. Our dog Chaps thoroughly enjoyed his time with Anya and her husband. We got pictures of him out and about with his new friends which was fun for us. We definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a weekend away!
Anya was great with our dog, Finn! He came home tired and happy. I loved the daily pictures, and Anya went above and beyond to take him places to play and run (he doesn't do too well at dog parks). We will definitely have Anya watch him again in the future!
Anya is a very energetic, caring and responsible person with years of experience with dogs, hers as well as others. She naturally attracted my dogs and gained their trust and they love to go on walks/runs with her. I highly recommend her as a dog companion!

We have a SUPER awesome (fenced) backyard for the pups to play in at our home. We also have our own two little ones to keep them company because they get along with everyone (they grew up with dogs+cats all their lives). If anything, the house is big enough to keep them in different rooms and we have doggy fences too.

Since the pandemic, I have worked from home and my husband is also part-time so there is always plenty of eyes and hands to keep the little ones cared for and occupied.
