Pet care experience
I had the pleasure of being raised with dogs and helping raise them. I truly consider my two pups more family than friend. I have worked as a dog walker with pet sitting services for about 5 years and can provide references at your request. All of my clients have different needs as do their fur babies. This is not a one size fits all line of work and you should not be treated that way. From light training to medication dispensation I make sure my clients and their pups are well taken care of. Antonio has done a wonderful job walking and sitting for my rescue pit bull Bella and her lil brother theo a rat terrier. I have him walk and spend time with them when I am out of town or working late. They really enjoy the time and are nice and tired after. Justin A

Antonio has walked my maltipoo Maggie several times. In general, Maggie doesn’t like new people much so I’m always hesitant to bring someone in, but Antonio’s understanding of dogs’ body language and energy was clear when he first stepped into my house. Maggie did her usual scared barking and hiding behind me, but Antonio stooped down, kept his side to her so she didn’t feel threatened, and gently held out his hand to introduce himself. She was tentative but warmed up to him way faster than I’ve ever seen. He took her on one walk and after that she was hooked! She’s always hyper-excited to see him now
After my dog got attacked by another dog, I needed someone to come and spend some time with my baby while I was at work. He needed to be taken out, fed lunch and given meds. Antonio was great! He took care of my baby as if he was his own. I’m so grateful to have him. My dog doesn’t need a sitter during the day anymore, but I still have Antonio come 3 times a week to make sure my baby is getting exercise, and a little extra attention.

I always like to schedule a meet and greet before any services are provided so I can get to know you and your dog better. Each person has a unique set of needs and desires from leash etiquette to furniture and food. It is important these needs are outlined prior to your provider taking responsibility for your dog.
A typical day
I live near Tilden Park so a hike is a possibility (pending client approval). I am also a runner averaging 2.5 miles a day; so if your pup wants a run we can burn some calories together. I like to let my clients dictate what form of exercise and stimulation they want their dogs to have. We are blessed with scenery and parks as well as trails to hike and I would see the pups well satisfied and enjoy the sights in the process.
