I've owned dogs my whole life and 11 years ago I started professionally pet sitting. I have since worked as a house/pet sitter, worked at doggie day cares and kennels, and created a network of families that I regularly work with. I have references if you'd like and I am open to all breeds or species. I will provide any service you need and no instructions or rules are too intense/particular - I have seen it all. I love all pups and animals and my number one goal is to keep your pet happy and comfy. I also have experience in administering medicines and am comfortable doing so. I'm a self employed artist who has the time and flexibility to be available whenever needed! Over the past 11 years I have gained a lot of experience with all different kinds of animals, I love what I do and I can't wait to play with your pets! About me- My name is Tony or Antonia. I’m 24 and living in my own oasis tucked away in the mountains. I moved to the mountains for grad school and graduated with my Masters in Social Work. I bring a lens of compassion and thoroughness to everything I do, both with people and animals. I also make and sell art, my specialty is embroidery and digital portraits! I spend my time making art, pet sitting, and doing delivery driving around the High Country. I enjoy having a flexible schedule and exploring my surroundings. I can’t wait to meet you and your pets!

Antonia has watched our 2 dogs, 1 cat, and 2 turtles several times while we were out of town and I could not be happier with the care she gives. She is a true animal lover and treats our animals like they are her own. She allows my family to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our animals. I believe that spending quality time with your pet is just as important as feeding/walking/etc and I make sure to give them as much loving as possible ◡̈ I follow all guidelines set by you, the owner(s), and have worked with easily 100+ animals over the years. I have always had at least one pet in my home and cared for them lovingly, responsibly, and respectfully. I have worked with pets who immediately trust strangers, who have trust issues, or animals who don’t want anything to do with people who aren’t their parents without any issues- ever. I’m very proud of my work and ability to make all animals comfortable and feel respected.

I don’t believe that there can ever be too much information when it comes to your beloved pets. I like to know anything and everything. What does your pet like/dislike? Any allergies or medications? Who should I call and where should I go if your animal has an emergency? How do you handle your animal getting loose, and what works best to get them back in the house if it happens? Are there any areas your animal doesn’t want to be pet? What are they favorite toys? Do I need to hide my shoes so they don’t chew them? What does a great day look like for your pet? Anything you can think of- I would love to know.
A typical day
A typical day with your pet will mirror a typical day you spend with your pet- and more! I make sure to get their energy out and keep them as happy and tuckered out as possible. Animals miss their people just as much as we miss them while we’re away, my job is to help them cope with that distance. I snuggle, walk, play, and even chat with the animals I work with to make sure there’s no unneeded stress or loneliness experienced by your pets.

I have plenty of time to spend with your animals, my work can be brought with me so I’m very flexible! I have my own animals to take care of but am able to make long, frequent visits to your home with no issue!
