I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care that Anthony and his wife provided to my dog, Boba. My furry friend is not only high-maintenance but also has numerous allergies, making it a rare occurrence for me to entrust his care to someone outside of family. Despite the last-minute arrangement due to an emergency, they not only accommodated Boba but exceeded all expectations. Their communication skills were exceptional, compensating for my limited availability during the emergency. I appreciated their flexibility and dedication to ensuring that Boba's extensive grooming routine, required almost every time he goes outside, was diligently followed. It's clear they invested time and effort to understand and cater to his specific needs. Upon picking up Boba, I was pleasantly surprised to find him in even better condition than when I dropped him off. Anthony and his wife went above and beyond, showcasing a remarkable attention to detail and reliability. Unfortunately my 4 month old puppy broke his leg in two different places while being boarded with Anthony, and I didn’t receive a phone call just a message in rover chat so I didn’t think it was anything serious. He did take my pup to the vet, but I was the one who had to pay $14,000+ for my pup to undergo surgery and now he can’t be left alone for two months and is in recovery. I understand accidents happen but there are precautions sitters should take especially if they get paid more to board puppies. Rover will reimburse some of the cost but this stay ruined my trust for any other sitter on this app, and has created so much financial and emotional stress for my family.
