Hello, my name is Anthony! I am a HUGE dog lover that would love to care for your dog(s) when you are away. I have cared for dogs since I was a child, and am currently the proud owner of an American Pitbull Terrier (4 years) and a Staffordshire Terrier (2 years). I am also very experienced in the care of senior dogs, and dogs with special needs. I once owned an English Pointer dog who had a stroke at age 15. His required care after the stroke was extensive: administering roughly a dozen medications per day, hand feeding him water and baby food using a syringe, urine and feces clean up, teaching him how to walk again, and carrying him up and down the stairs for bathroom breaks several times per day (he wasn't able to handle stairs after the stroke). I also went to great lengths to provide relief for his arthritis through the use of medication, joint movement, massage and applying warm compresses. He lived to be almost 17 years old against all odds! Rates: Dog walking: $18 per 30 minute walk for one dog, plus $5 for each additional dog. Vacation dog care: $50 per day/night for one dog, plus $5 for each additional dog. This includes 3 walks per day (in the morning, afternoon and evening), plus overnight stay in your home, feeding, mail pick up, and of course lots of play time! Grooming: $25 for bathing and nail clipping. I provide hypo-allergenic oatmeal shampoo for maximum gentle cleaning. We will discuss your dogs grooming needs beforehand, as well as any anxiety issues, allergies, etc. so I can do my best to provide them a stress-free experience.
