Pet care experience
My name is Anthony and I’ve been with Rover for 5 years now. I find a huge joy in interacting with animals and so does my partner. People tell me I am very loving and sociable. I’m not afraid of comforting an animal who has fear or anxiety towards strangers. I grew up with cats, dogs, and small mammals at a young age. All of my pets had unique personalities and needed different levels of care. I currently have two guinea pigs and a cat named Shoki, take a look at their profiles too if you’d like! I’m 25 years old, but my biggest quality is empathy.

As always, Anthony took tremendously good care of my cat Frank while I was out of town visiting family. He goes above and beyond to make sure my little guy is spoiled while I’m gone. I have complete peace of mind knowing Frank is in great hands when Anthony is watching him. Thank you!!!

I would like to know how your animal reacts to strangers or other animals outside; proper actions to take is helpful. Big dogs don’t bother me, as long as they’re not aggressive. I’m 6’2 & 235 lbs. which helps me handle them pulling on a leash. If your pet needs any medication; is older; or has any special needs; a detailed explanation on what needs to be done is helpful.
A typical day
I like to take care of or walk animals in areas they find comfortable, calming, or exciting. Their favorite toys are always a necessity for playing outside or inside. Chew toys, lasers, brushes, and treats are always great options to have provided. I write a detailed summary of my stay and take great photos as well!
