I couldn’t have asked for a better housesitter. Anthony was super attentive to my dog’s needs, kept me up-to-date on his eating and bathroom habits, and was overall super communicative and reliable about my dog. While in a clients home, I know to be respectful. Not only of their belongings and their space, but also their pets’. I can provide medications, and if you feed your pet homemade food? No worries, I am a whiz in the kitchen and am more than happy to prepare your furry family member’s favorite entrée. Walks are something both pets and I enjoy, but if you have an anxious friend we can have a relaxing day out in a yard instead. Dog parks? Not a problem with me if they’re not a problem with you. Ultimately, I am willing to do whatever you do to bring the compassion into your home when you are away.

I like to know everything you have to say about your kiddos. I want to know their quirks, favorite toys, where they like to hide when they get stressed, and how to approach them in a way that is considerate for them. Any special considerations or needs are a must to know as well, along with any pertinent medical history, and where I can take them if a need arises.
A typical day
Got a border collie that doesn’t know the meaning of, “I’m tired,” or “Leave the ball there bud?” No worries! I’ll help jog your energetic fur babies, or play fetch with them until my arm tires at the end of the day. Walks more your dogs’ pace? No worries! I’ll take them out on a nice stroll. I’m still new to Austin, so tell me your routine, I’m more than happy to learn!

Availability
I work full-time at an emergency and specialty vet hospital, and start work early in the day and finish late afternoon. Before and after work, your pet will be my number one priority. When I say before work, I do mean about 5am! I am more than happy to discuss the more nitty-gritty details of my schedule with you when discussing a booking.
