Absolutely the best! We have a very spoiled crew of four dogs. All with strong personalities and with special needs she is a natural! Can’t say enough wonderful things!

I am disappointed with Ansley’s care for Dixie. I was looking for someone to house sit and stay with my dog - especially in the evening/nighttime because she has a lot of tummy issues and it’s important that someone be here to make sure that she eats her food. I told Ansley that I wanted a house sitter, not just drop-ins to walk the dog throughout the day. She represented to me that she would do that and stay here with Dixie. It was apparent by my dogs empty water bowl upstairs - next to her food - was completely empty and dry that Ansley did not really pay the attention to Dixie that have come to expect from rover sitters. My dog had thrown up several times in the other bedrooms - which is what happens when you don’t make sure that she eats. Ansley did drop-ins - provided two updates on her own and I had to ask for the rest, plus for pictures because she only sent two of those - in four days. Being the first time that she was caring for Dixie, and based on past experiences of my using Rover.com - I am extremely disappointed with what I came home to. Ansley should not advertise or represent verbally yo clients that she housesits when all that she is willing to is drop-in visits to walk the pets. I guess I am grateful that she at least did that - although I’m not even sure how often through a day that she actually did that since she did not send updates.
