Pet care experience
My pet care experience started when I was 12 years old. I begun this journey by volunteering at a local animal shelter for several months and taking care of our family’s rabbit for about 6 years while in high school. My duties at the shelter included cleaning cages, re-filling food and water bowls and playing with the kittens. My duties taking care of our family’s rabbit also include what was listed previously and additionally vet visits and grooming. Moreso recently, I am a dog mom to a high energy Australian Shepherd poodle mix (aussiedoodle) who is 2 years old. I am the primary caretaker, so I feed, walk, bathe, drive to vet appointments and train my dog. In addition, I have been working on agility training, go on runs, work on swimming and overall confidence with my dog. I am always working on training to socialization with her — we all are works in-progress! If you feel comfortable, I’d be happy to bring my dog along for walks. Through my animal care experience I have gained knowledge on proper hygiene maintenance and food prep, patience and alertness when interacting with the delicate animals, and how to show love and give attention to the animals. I am detail-oriented, a quick learner, adaptable, organized and an energetic individual, who is an avid runner, enjoy the outdoors and going on trail walks. I hope to be apart of your pet’s life to make them even happier!

Anshu is a great sitter. She clearly loves animals and they love her back. She is detail oriented, punctual, and communicative. She spent time to give the kitties a crunchy scratches and sent many pictures daily to keep us informed that our kitties were being well taken care of and loved!
Anshu did a great job keeping me updated throughout the day as she cared for my pup! She sent lots of photos and left detailed reviews of each visit. She brought over her pup to play (she asked permission first) and it was a great opportunity to socialize Remy as he’s growing! I definitely recommend her.
Anshu always does a great job. My pets have loved her visits, and she has always been on time, responsible, and kept the area clean.
Anshu was very professional. She followed our directions while taking care of our elderly cat and everything was fine when we got home.

For client’s with dogs, I would be happy to work on training that client’s are working on with their dog (with instructions from client), take your dog on a run (as long as they are old enough and fully developed to avoid injuries) around the neighborhood, provide mental stimulating games (if interested) and of course play time indoors or outdoors (only outdoors on a long lead or a fenced in yard — not off leash). Not all dogs are cuddly, so I will absolutely respect your pet’s space but cuddles and pets are always available! For client’s with cats, indoor play time and cuddles are guaranteed and anything your cat would prefer.
