Pet care experience
I am a compassionate, experienced pet sitter specializing in senior pet care including giving oral medications and diabetic insulin shots. We have a quaint home shared with my elderly mother, my sweet natured senior diabetic dog, our good natured three year old sharpei, a two year old goofy sweet natures American bulldog and two floofy house bunnies that have their own secured sectioned off area. We have a large fenced in backyard and live in wonderful neighborhood with quiet streets that lead out to gorgeous view of both Robert’s and Dona bay for our 2x a day walks. We are located on the West side of US 41 for convenient drop off/pick up from anywhere in Nokomis and Venice. My elderly mom is always home so even if I pop out for errands your fur baby is never left unattended. I am available to do check in’s, walks, doggie day care and overnight boarding. I’m a Florida certified nursing assistant and have a passion for caregiving. I look forward to caring for your fur baby as I do my own. This is the second time Ann Marie had stayed with our boys and we could not be more pleased. She is very communicative and we know the boys are in good hands, as well as our home. We have her booked for future visits. I would highly recommend her.
Annmarie was super attentive, careful, and loving towards our two rotties! She sent us a checkup every few hours with many adorable pictures and videos of our pups. She cared plenty about our not only the dogs but also the house! We 100% recommend her when looking for Dogsitter that cares about bonding and persisting toward animals.
I cannot say enough about Annmarie. We just moved here six months ago and had to go up north for a family emergency. I was able to contact Annmarie. My guys had never been in a kennel. She stayed in our home and took such loving care of our senior dogs. She kept us well informed on a daily basis with pictures and narrative. I feel so very blessed to have found her and will use her again, if she is available.
I’m so glad we found Annmarie. We are visiting Nokomis for a 2 month stay with our boxer & Great Dane. The rental doesn’t have a fenced yard so we needed someone to come and walk and check on our pups a couple times a day when we’re out exploring and adventuring without them. She was amazing! Checked in often and asked lots of questions on how to best take care of our pups. She was very communicative and let me know when she was coming, when she arrived and when she left with lots of details & pics of their visit. I never had to worry a bit! She was great with the dogs and really put us at ease to go off and adventure without worrying if they were OK. I highly recommend Annmarie.
