On a typical weekend you can find me outdoors — rain or shine — hiking, running, or simply taking a long and peaceful walk. I love being active, and having an animal of a family member, friend, or client tagging along makes the experience all the more enjoyable! I have cared for pets ranging from 3 month old puppies to 19 year old cats, and every new job has been eye opening and exciting. In the recent past I was the primary caretaker for an elderly woman with dementia. I also adopted a 52 lb pup of my own in November of 2020, and I've immensely enjoyed being a dog mama! These experiences have helped me learn so much about our animal companions and what they need. I love to help others live their lives. What excites me about caring for others’ pets is that I can offload some responsibility and provide people with time to pursue what they need to in their own lives. Additionally, I get the pleasure of spending time with a lovely animal companion!
