I love nature, the outdoors and walking and enjoy the company of a dog. I worked in a kennel as a teen, and as a nanny and have cared for many children and animals. I have also looked in on and cared for many cats. I find it important to gain trust with animals and let them know they are safe and cared for while at the same time having control. As a writer and artist, my own dogs are with me most of the day and go almost everywhere with me. I cannot imagine a life without dogs or pets. I am a certified Reiki Master and I love to give animals healing energy as needed. I am drawn to helping both humans and animals and I love how receptive animals are to energy work. I am available to clean up small messes and yard waste while watching your pet as well as care for any other small house pets like fish and birds. I also like to spend one on one time with any animal I watch, it’s important to interact rather than quickly stop by. Just like with people you need to gain a good rapport and trust. I tend to watch one or two pets at a time and not go above that amount so each pet I care for can get the best care I can give. I feel my attention to your animal can be better when I can focus on only a few clients at a time.
