I have been around dogs my entire life and love all different types of animals. I was born and raised in North Dakota where hunting is very popular, so my family always had German Short Hair Pointers while growing up. I have two fur-kids of my own, two Boston Terriers. They love having visitors and meeting new friends. Our older Boston can get a little excited with new friends, so to make sure it is a good fit, we prefer a meet and greet. I will make sure your dog gets the love and attention they need and make them feel like a part of the family. We will spend a lot of time playing in the yard, and they will get tons of pets and scratchies! My husband and I both work hybrid schedules, so someone is always around. I only leave the house each day for about an hour to go to the gym or if we run errands/grab dinner. We will have a lot of play time and offer tons of love and attention! If we have an event planned during your pets stay, we will let you know before booking to ensure that is okay! We have a nice fenced in yard for your pup to play; and our Boston Terriers will keep your pup company during their stay. All pets are allowed on the furniture and in or bed (unless otherwise stated by the client). Our home is their home while they’re here!

Annie was fabulous! She cared for my French bulldog for 9 nights. She sent several updates and photos daily. My boy had an upset belly for part of his stay and Annie prepared chicken and rice for him. Rambo had a great time with Annie and her pups Zak and Deo. Annie and her husband are wonderful. They have two Boston terriers of their own, and they took care of my dog, a terrier mix, as if she was theirs as well. Annie sent me pictures of her daily, going on walks, sitting on the couch, playing with their dogs, and generally, quite enjoying herself, which is extremely rare for her with strangers. This speaks volumes about Annie and her husband's quality of care. They have a fenced in yard, and they don't restrict the dogs from any parts of their house, and allow them on beds and couches. I will definitely use them again and would strongly recommend them to anyone who, like me, loves her/his dog.
Annie and Cody took excellent care of our 2 dogs! They have a nice big yard for dogs to run around and sent lots of picture updates, which I really appreciated. It was evident our pups were in good hands while we were away and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again!

We have a fenced yard which is great for playing and running. We have stairs so if you have an older pup or a small pup, they would get the royal treatment and get carried up/down the stairs if needed. If we leave the house for a quick dinner or errands, we always separate our dogs from the pup guests just to be safe. We also leave the TV on to drown out any external noise so they feel more relaxed.

I do not have any breed preferences. I would like to know a dogs temperament and how they interact with other dogs beforehand. One of our Boston Terriers can be a little sassy with pups, and our younger one has A LOT of energy, so I would like to do a meet and greet with any potential visitors. I will follow any instructions you provide. I am also familiar with dietary restrictions and oral medication if required.
A typical day
The pups hangout with us during the work day and we have tons of toys around the house. We will take breaks to either walk around the neighborhood or run around the yard! After work we will have tons of time for playing with toys, or relaxing on the couch.

Availability
Someone is home during the day! I go to the gym regularly throughout the week for about an hour. During your pups stay we might go out for dinner or an event, but would never be gone for more than a few hours at a time. We always let a client know in advance if we have anything planned during the stay, but we are home the majority of the time.
