I have had dogs in my family since I was about 6 or 7 years old, so I have experience with more calm dogs as well as more energetic ones. My main priority is making sure the pupper is enjoying the walk/stay so I try to observe their physical signs to determine whether they need more walks or more playtime or more sleepytime. :) I have a cute dog of my own so pet care is already a part of my home-life, I would love to spend my free time taking care of other puppers as well. While I am not hosting dogs in my own home, whenever I have dog-sat or simply spent the day in a house with a dog I have made sure to make note of all the necessary gates, food/water bowls, toys, walking gear, etc. so I can always be prepared. I will also have all the proper contacts ready on my phone for any emergencies. I also take pride in my ability to read the expressions or actions of dogs so if I sense any peculiarities I will be sure to let you know!
